Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with personal information when you use the Le Fleur website or get in touch with us. Le Fleur is at 9 Miller Arcade, Preston City Centre, PR1 3BU.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. If you contact us about an event we will hold your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about the booking. Our web host also records standard technical information for every visit, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you looked at, so the site can be kept secure and working.

Why we hold it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange your event and keep our records straight. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who else sees it

Private hire enquiries made through this site are handled by Baluga Bar & Club, who operate the venue's events team. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf under contract. We will only share your information more widely if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to two years after your event, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period only.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Call 01772 419 485 or write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
